Club Fair Information!

Are you a current or prospective student interested in becoming a more active member of the Annandale NOVA community? Then come to the Fall 2025 Annandale Club Fair! 

Come by on September 9th to the CE Forum located on Annadale campus and be introduced to the multitude of clubs we host. The fair will be operating from 11AM - 2PM so don't worry if you can't be there for the whole event!

 Interested in Tabling?

Are you a club leader or are hoping to start a club this semester? Then consider tabling at our Club Fair event! This event wouldn't be possible without student leaders so consider being apart of the festivites!

Clubs that register will have the opportunity to advertise themselves and gain new members, so if you're someone who hopes to start a new club this semster, this is a great opportunity for you! 

Registering your club does not guarantee you a spot to table for the event, there is a chance we run out of space before you complete the form. So please wait for a confirmation email before making tabling preparations!

Registration for tabling closes 4 days before the actual event, so make sure to register your club to table before Sept 5th!
